No it's a journal turbo, so no restrictor.
Just been down to pay/collect it......and..... I have a new turbo!
Bit of a shame, the old one had severe shaft and journal wear, enough to wear the seal grooves and thus leak from both ends. Caused by oil contamination apparently.
Suspect this happened last time I had the engine done.
Will install and go again! fingers crossed.
