@Ewyn, maybe you would have to be very unlucky, but there really is no reason to do it in the first place and even if there is a tiny chance, surely it's better to just be considerate and not chuck it out the window?

I agree, should put them in your pocket like everyone else until you find a bin ... might hurt a little but stop smoking in that case.
