Decent quality oil is always a good investment.
You can start by using a decent quality 10w-40 semi synthetic with regular changes such as this one from Silkolene

Up from there and your looking at 5w-40 synthetic, if you want to do the best for it then this is the route to go down, have a look at this good value one from Motul
