Default paint remover

urmm anyone know of anything that will take aerosol paint of my car
basically, my car got keeyed and i thought it would be a good idea to sand it down and get some cans from halfords to spray it, that was like a month ago now the paint has started to flake so i want to take the paint off that i put on off,
i saw some nitro paint stripper but i dont want it to take the original paint off and my hand is killing because i have been rubbing it with white spirit all day

Cellulose thinners from halfords, or go to local automotive paint factors/shop and get some standard thinners
