Default Locking nut for wheels...

First off, would you pay £80 for these wheels (inc decent amount of rubber)?

They're sitting on a saxo in a scrappies I was at yesterday and guy said he'd take £80 for them.
What locking nut would I need to get them off and where would I get one without buying a complete set? Every bolt is of this kind and not the usual 1 per wheel:
