well theres a few questions that you will have to answer firstly for info ,
what newcam is it
any other mods , cat back exhaust , air filter ect ?
and 0-60mph i cant see being greatly changed
well a lad on 106owners had a quicksilver same engine as furio and he had the 1.4 bottom end (pistons, rods, crank ect ) but used 1.3 rallye head and rallye inlet (much better head and but he put a mild newcam cam in it ) and a supersprint de cat exhaust from manifol back and a supersprint 4-2-1 manifold and his made 104bhp when rr'd , so basicly he had built a engine to a spec of a peugeot 106 xsi 1.4 engine , with just a cam and not very good supporting mods you will probs see 90bhp and if you strip the interior completly (just 2 buckets no carpet no rear seats no door cards , no heater matrix ect you will be fast than a vtr IMO

We'll I fink its a hi lift race cam he took the engine apart and cleand b4 rebuild its got raceland manifold 421 and a sportex center and tail. Has induction kit.cone. Raceing clutch It beats a vtr already. What else could I do that will make a diffrence I'm getin it remapd but want sum more stuff. Not turbo tho as cost loads. Would a lightend fly wheel make much diffrence

if you need all them modification's to beat a vtr , you may aswell have just bought a vtr or vts to start with as the mk2 vtr alone is already 98bhp

Probably looking at 90-100bhp depending on the map and other mods

0-60 wont be much different, maybe 0.2s faster

Assuming you are telling your insurers about the mods why aren't you just going for a VTS transplant I'm intrigued? surely it's not the road tax
