balls up on vts wheels
Well got some cheap vts alloys off a friends for 60 quid needed 2 tyres. So had the initial thought of getting them powder coated so sent them away. decided to try and save some money cos its xmas etc so just got them back after
they had been shot blasted.
Anyways cut a long story short decided.to paint them satin black Balls ed up completly which then ended in my friend bringing a tin.of blackboard paint round ha. The end result wad better than imagined but your opinions please.
I knew there was a reason I have allways had other cars wheels.powdercoated. lol
But as I wrote this before I went to the girlfriends and the street lights are off so no.photos tonight it wikl have to be tomorrow

Matte wheels always look dirty. I cant see the finish being too good on them. But depends what you like. Cant see it been too hard to wash the black board paint off with thinners and starting again.

i bought a set of fondmetals. plan was to get them powdercoated, ended up rattle canning them, used decent paints and go prep etc.
but then gave up after doing one wheel and now im black hammeriting them with a brush.
tbh, it doesnt actually look that bad. good enough for my car anyway
