Default Newbie question gti6 brakes

Hi all, I'm looking at getting 306 gti brake set up but what exactly do I need? Disc, callipers. Would I need to uprate the brake lines?
I know it's a newbie question but thanks for the help guys

you would need the calipers, the disks, the pads, and i think probably some longer flexi lines, most tend to use braided lines also a larger master cylinder to reduce pedal travel.

if its just for a road car then i wouldnt bother with gti6 285mm brakes, some 266mm brakes of a 307hdi or similar will be plenty sufficient, these are what i have and are perfect when set up correctly.

They won't fit behind 14" wheels though, and I think you would need the calliper carrier too.
I've yet to fit mine, I took them off my old 406 exec turbo. You can also Rob them from 406 2.1 turbo diesels.
