Are these legal?

Im have never been a fan of these but I saw a Saxo on the way to work with them on and it actually looked really nice. Just wondering about anything that would cause trouble with them as i might try them in my spare lights.

I can imagine them being cheap and unreliable tbh Was just curious as you can never be too carefull such as tinted your lights can void your e-mark etc.

yeh but they void them because they dont have enough reflection in them when tinted. i have seen a vts near mine with them audi lights fitted and it doesnt look bad, hes had them on for a few years now dont think he has had any problems! just take a risk lol!

Unless they come as standard on a car, they look crap.

These are legal, I used work in car spares shop and sold them there, They look mint if fitted with ice white bulbs. Otherwise they look gash when you have your headlights on coz these are pure white n make ur headlight bulbs look yellow!

There are legal mate. But don't really know if there able to be fitted onto a Saxo.
On a down side
If one or more bulbs go, you have to buy a full set again , its not like you can buy one seperate bulb (N)

you may risk people not seeing you have your front indicator on either..., audi's running lights dip when the indicator is activated

possibly if you had a little know-how/time
saw an audi come round a corner of a junction one time (it was indicating) and was mocking it for being brand new yet one of the running lights was dull already then of course the car straightened up, indicator cut out, light brightened up and off it roared

No they are not legal as such in that you cant use them as one of your required lights. They are also nothing like what is fitted to a Audi.
But assuming you fit then as per legal requirements you could potentially fit them as a extra light but the laws governing such lights is not that simple and if the police dont like what you have done there is not much you can do about it.
