Important! : VTS conversion wiring

Hi looking for some advice just put a VTS single plug ECU engine (MK2) into my 3 plug ECU VTR (MK2) and although the connector from the loom will fit the connector on my car by the passenger headlight the wires are in the wrong locations within the plug. Is there an easy way of fixing this by just swapping a few wires or not?

I've done the fuel return line is there anything else I need to do in order to get it running? Will I need to change the fan as the connector doesn’t fit from my new loom?

Any help would be much appreciated

You will need the 3 plug interior loom to do the conversion. or some uber electrical skills and a method yet to be found by the world
