Default Setting up amp for components

Hey everyone its been a while since ive been online... Been hard at work with projects..
My last project was installing a set of Alpine type R component speakers in my front door and amping them up.. Ive ran them in for a month or so now and i have to say they sound amazing.

It was a bit of touch and go with all the drilling, poking and ouching but i got there in the end.. Took a couple of days in not the sunniest of weather but i have to say it was all worth it

I was wondering about how to set up my amp and speakers for the best of quality and see if anyone can help me..

My amp is.. Alpine MRP-F242 360watt max, 4 channel 50watt RMS per, ive bridged them at 100watts Rms at 4 Ohms. The amp is intented to run at 14.4volts.

My Speakers are.. Alpine Type R 13cm Components 300watt max, 100watt Rms, impedance 3.6 Ohms.

My amps gain is currently half as it came out of the box.. Havent fiddled with the bass level or the high low filter.
My speakers have 7 different DB levels on the crossover also for the tweeters.

If anyone can help me id be very thankful, As i have some clue but not alot

Thanks
