Blew engine on SS2....bottom end went...we were going well aswell...
Not to worry we have a brand new longmans/peugeot sport 1600 8v getting put in cost 4k to build...
Will be in ready for next years rallying...
Brief Spec:
Longmans Full Race Grp A Head (Best flowed and biggest valves possible)
Fully lightened and balanced bottom end...
Peugeot Sport Crank
AP Racing paddle clutch
Lightened Flywheel
ARP bolts all around engine
Weber 45's
Custom Cam
We will put our cam in it so aiming for approx 175-180bhp 8v but will be alot quicker then ours as its all very light so no inertia and will rev out quicker...
Next mod if gearing will suit a higher lift cam will be a higher lift cam...Piper 300
Will be very good and fast all peugeot sport and longmans parts...will be highest powered 1600 8v possible!!
