A very rough run down this is based on if the car is single plug and I am assuming the conversion wants to be done as cheap as possible with least amount of swapped parts. You will need

J4 engine complete with inlet tb injectors etc
JP4 fuel rail (single inlet like the quiksilver)
Unlocked J4 ecu (see ryanmt as paul has mentioned)

obviously you will have all the usual service items on top which I would do anyway and if budget stretches do the cambelt whilst it is out peace of mind n all. Also see if the J4 engine comes with a clutch&flywheel as you will need a 200mm setup if it has nought can use the 180mm setup but won't last very long.

All it will be a case of is drop engine in use existing box if wanting to remove imob box before starting car plug ecu in pretty much job done, 16v ecu will work fine on existing quiksilver loom as ecu plugs are the same.
