Looking for an alarm
Hey guys!
After Christmas I'll be looking for an alarm for my car, it's an 02 plate 1.1! It just needs to be a 'piece of mind alarm' really, central locking would be a massive benefit but not essential. Looking at around £150- £175 ish really, thought I'd ask for some suggestions please?
Many thanks
Chris

What ever you do dont buy a cheap one off ebay, there actully really good (ive got one), mine protects windows, doors, boot and has an impact sensor but it was such a pain in the arse cost me so much time and money.
If you have £10+ an month to let go i would get a clifford alarm system and pay monthly because its a recognised by insurence companys and there amazing, search "clifford alarms" on google
hope this helps

Ebay alarms are crap because they dont last and they go off all the time for no reason, as for paying £10 a month DONT DO IT. I only know of 1 company that do it and that will be Gap or should i say CRAP security. They sub out all there work and the fitters are on price so they want to get as much done as they can in a day so will just through it in. If its only a piece of mind alarm you are after then the budget you have will get you a very good alarm and it will do every thig you want. Have a look in the stickys at the top of the page as i did a post about vehicle security and it goes through the name to and not to go for. Also pm mr_toad as ian my cover your area and he is a top bloke and fitter and you will get great service.
