Default Any other Saxo owners feel targeted by police?

Hi I was just wondering if there's anyone else on here that feels targeted by police, just because of the fact that they own a Saxo, or is it just me? Any opinions or stories appreciated.

Drive like a dick and you will get pulled. I never got stopped once in my saxo and I had that for a year.

Nope, I've only ever been pulled over once and they were fine with me, that was when I was learning to drive as well. If you don't act like a dick to them or drive like a twat they're fine IMO.

We drive cars that are (1) Driven by the younger generation and (2) Very often owned by chavs with a heavy right foot. I think its less being targeted and more the police actually doing their job.

What were you pulled over for?

I never got pulled in mine, sure you weren't speeding or driving like a dick?

People will see an increase in being pulled over at the moment anyway due to the drink driving campaign with it being close to christmas

Having owned three Saxo's and a 106 GTI, I have only ever been pulled over once.....and that was in my old Vauxhall Nova

A Saxo driver will always be targeted by police because statistics show that that the car and/or the driver is more likely to be dangerous.

Don't like it, buy a car not synonomous with boy racers!

Was never pulled over in my Saxo. To be honest, I think the police pull over anyone driving like a dick, regardless of their car.

I got pulled twice in the saxo. Once for a faulty break light and the second time for having french pressed plates which was my fault and not the car.

Got pulled last month in the a3 as i was apparently serving on the road, but as the sumps inches off the floor and told him i was avoiding pot holes he said 'good one, never heard that one be honest' so after a breath test reliased i was telling the truth.

I've had a saxo for 5 years and also had a fiesta for 6 months.

Been pulled in a Saxo twice & the fiesta once...

I was driving like a dick on all 3 occasions.

I mainly asked the question as in 2 years of owning my first car (a Clio), never got pulled, also been a full time van driver for about 2 years doing thousands of miles, never been pulled in that but had a Saxo for about 9 months now and must off been pulled atleast 9 or 10 times now for loads of different reasons.

It probably has something to do with me though but I'm generally suprised with everyone roses opinion though
