Quick Question...?
My alarm installation book says to connect to the "On" is that the ignition or is that the battery on the barrel? Also what is the Acc?

yep
acc = first click (just the battery light comes on)
on = second click (battery light and other lights come on)

yes the acc is the first click that drops away when the starter is turning.
The ON wire stays live when the starter is turning.
Where did you pick up the rpm wire from.
