She asked for opinions from mothers. This may be the only forum she is on and wanted some help from mothers not people with an opinion on the matter at hand.

It can, it might, but I'm in a state where I'm happy to give as much as I get however, it's not needed but people need to realise what they have said. Regarding being on a forum, like Julie stated, she wanted opinions from mothers that have been through the same thing. If a mother who went through the same thing had a bad opinion for her, things would have been different, I assure you.

Like i said above. if they is something going on within the forum that you dont think is suitable report it.

Leckie, they were. Like it or not, but they were.

Your avatar actually makes me cringe.

So just maybe you understand. Like I said above to Betty, you're a good person too. I've read your posts, you've given me lots of advice on many situations, whether I liked it or not, but none of those posts were when I was in a state of depression, at least not half as bad as she is at the moment.

People did ask why doesnt so go back, but she didnt go into any more detail, so it WAS asked.
How are people to know they were more to the story then what was posted.
Also, like i saw in the thread, if the doctors cant really help, who are trained professionals how are a bunch of people from internet, mainly male, mainly under 20 and living at home with there parents with not so much 'life skills' going to provide help over a doctor.
I do understand what people can say could of picked her up and made her a bit happier but its not going to solve the problem is it. Look to it as a temp fix.

Because she wanted information, help, advice. Not people adding to her problems. She is trying to fix things, that's the hardest step to make when you're depressed and people on here have just made it more difficult.

Obviously I can't see the thread anymore so I can't check but I swear to god she explained what the doctor said to her.
Doctors are professionals but they cause problems as well. I went through hell trying to find a doctor that could help me, luckily I found one. IIRC it was 5 doctors and two phycologists.

Again, not being funny but we know that stuff is linked to phychosis and the rest of it. if you're particularly sensitive to depression... 'thank god its not pleasant to go through'... then why gamble with smoking it at all?
that or i sense emoness.

Exactly, I'm not going to pour my life story on to an internet forum... because for a start it's boring, it serves no relevance to anyone reading it and I can guarantee that a lot will have some serious and I mean serious problems that they've either had to deal with or are dealing with... why bring it for them to dig up their past.
There's a lot of dark horses on here I'd bet my arse on it.

Yes there are numbers to call, but not everyone knows about them. I didn't. It's not until the situation has improved that you find out about them and even if you know about them, in that sort of situation where your mind is illogical, they're lost in your mind.
All I have said is how I feel about the situation. I've said nothing out of line and nothing that will upset Julie, that I know off.

I want attention? Why do I need attention of a forum? I like this forum and particular users on here. I'm working for a company that gives me a lot of credit, if I wanted attention I'd turn around, talk to Annabel behind me and tell her I've completed a project 6 hours ahead of schedule earning the company over 30% more than they were expecting.

True, somewhat true and I have no answer to that other than the fact that I know a couple of doobs do not affect me. When I was depressed I was using cannabis to cover up my issues.
More importantly, this isn't about me, it's about Julie.
Onto your second paragraph. Ad, mate, understand this, any help, especially from people you've been talking to who don't know you helps. It really does.

First you have to get through it and (while I am not pointing this at you at all) there are different forms and severenesses of depression, until you've hit the high end of it and got through it, you can't put it behind you.
