Somebody asked about stripes? Need a mower with a roller. Electric Flymo will do fuck all (except burn out if you're only mowing every six weeks!).

Lol at FlymoThrush.
Can't cut to an inch? Wimbledon groundskeepers are you listening you spastics?? Stop cutting to 15mm - I know it's in the rules but FlymoThrush will bawl
And as for those spastics over at the BBC what do they know - cut to 1 inch, and possibly up to twice a week? What skulduggery is this??

What about golf courses?
Their greens seem to manage quite well and there's fuck all grass there.

All noobs (golf courses, bowling greens etc). Need ankle length grass fot the lawn snakes. That'll spice up an otherwise dull lawn bowls game. Especially when you can't see the fucking balls in the first place, courtesy of said meadow.

I was just going to say this, thousands of courses cut their greens/fairways twice a week... to keep it short..
they leave the deep rough shin deep... to ruin your wrists and score if you should find your ball in it...
They definately don't follow the 6-8 cuts rule..
Infact I'd guess they cut at least that amount of times per month!!
