I used to train alot back in the day. I started off with a decent frame and worked my way up.
I'd train upto 4 times a week, done everything that was meant to be done for weight lifting, trained, ate right, rested right and what not.
I gave it up 3 years ago and started kick boxing, so I ended up losing a good bit of size. I've not done that in nearly 2 years so I have a bit of a belly just now

Cheers yeh think Im in need of some milk thistle now. Got alcohol poisoning last night from too much vodka. Someone said I was onto my third bottle. Not even funny how ill I was. So Ive now had 2 cheat days in a row. Bad crack from the Ibiza body haha
