Engine temp going up and blowing cold air
Through the heaters? is this because its frozen although i put a big bottle of anti-freeze in....After i noticed the temp climbing i went back home before it hit the red mark and the light came on. Will this cause it damage? it was running fine by the way.

Ideally you want to flush the whole system out and bleed it. Bleeding it, is letting the air out not adding anti freeze to it. Theres a guide somewhere

make sure you're bleeding it when you top it back up, otherwise you could get some nasty airlocks and melt stuff!
