Me and the missus dad did a 106 1.1i and we only paid for the engine. That said we didn't hire an engine hoist, we just welded a frame up and used a block and tackle to drop it out and then pulled the new one in after swapping the gearbox. Simples(if you don't include the other 10 hours disconnecting then re-connecting every thing)
