Small update really..
VT? Badges and 20mm Bonnet Raisers
Fitting Mani / Straight through / Backbox today... What a mission.
Was a bit busy stripping the other car today!
Anyway, Thanks to Wingnuts for putting up with me for the afternoon / evening and fitting the mani and exhaust with me.
Sounds like a friggin tractor due to the centre pipe blowing where I got annoyed with it and didn't tighten it up correctly... But sounds amazing at the back.
Will get a video up when its all done!

Just a few small thoughts...
Went down to southend the other morning after a lakeside meet, got there about 5.30 in the morning and skimmed stones on the beach with some mates!
My friend fixing the blow in my exhaust... Although he does not look impressed!
Some small modifications to the clamp...
But now I've been thinking. I've got a MK2 on my drive, I'm really tempted to transplant the front end and have a MK2 again! Tempted to put my 'badboy' style bonnet back on, and have smoked angels on again!
So tempting...

Car's looking quality!
&Can't believe how quickly you're getting things done! Wish I had that kind of motivation.

Thinking of S wheels next... As much as I used to dislike them! Just think they look a bit more grown up then VTR wheels?

Yeah, I quite like the angry MK1 look, but I have the MK2 sitting on the drive! I used to love my bonnet Plus an S reg MK2 would look cool!

Haha, Thanks man. It just annoyed me being standard, handling wasn't ideal when booting it around hence the being lowered!

I got bored today...
I've got a plan for my bonnet and lights and grill, but until I can work out whether it will actually work... I did this.
Makes the front end look a lot smarter

looks very nice.
mk1 is so much "meaner" looking i would keep it like that.
if i can find a decent mk1 to replace my old one i will be sticking old school, though i think angels look much smarter on the mk2's.
crash looked quite bad too, bet you were gutted seeing your hard work like that, i was could have cried lol.

eBay mate. Mine are 20mm
I can't believe you counted! The car actually cost me £600... The rest got blown on petrol on the way back! I've got a lot of plans, just haven't got the skills like you to pull things off!

20mm is the height I think I want looking at yours!
I made some adjustable bonnet raisers 2 days ago, they are 6mm or 12mm but I think I need to make another layer to increase to 18mm!
Dude if you think of something to do but arent sure about best way to do it then drop me a pm and il see if I can advise!
Oh and the power steering pump is the wrong one unfortunately , there are 3 different designs ive seen so far and I need the Mk2 vtr one as far as I can see :/
