Just saying they are adjustable isn't a clear indication as to whether or not they are both height and damper adjustment or just damper or just height. I'd still take it to a proper geometry place to get it set up, they will sort your tracking and everything properly to how you drive.

Friend of mine took his car to a place just outside Silverstone and got it set up for "B Road Blasting", handles so much better than before the car was set up right.

tbh if you know how to do it, it is a bit of a waste of money to get someone else to tweak the suspension of the car that your going to be driving. its all personal preference at the end of the day.

set it like in the middle and just see how you like it, if it needs to go softer or harder etc. too soft though it can bounce, and too hard it can 'jump'.

(and spax dont make a 50mm spring btw)
