cheers mate, hoping to have her back this weekend, colin's sorting out an exhaust for me and then it'll be ready to go. not sure on power yet, i'm not interested in chasing massive bhp figures, but over 200atw would be nice. To be honest as long as it's nice and quick and driveable i'll be more than happy

made a few changes to it, ive swapped the 8" suck fan fan for a 10" blow fan.. purely because there was room and its allowed me to run the boost pipes a bit neater, also supported from the coilpack bracket now cos they were unsupported before.. so subsequently a bit floppy! so thats that sorted.
exhaust parts havent turned up as of yet, im hoping tomorrow, i can then set about making an exhaust system for the car, mandrel bends, full stainless etc. should be certainly easier to make than my 3" system.. that was quite tight for space, 2.5" will give bit more room for error. i will try get some pics of this as i build it.
as for bumper fitting, i dont think the car is going to win prizes for bodywork, will leave that down to dan. i think thats next on dans to do list - i think hes going on the theory it will be too fast for anyone to notice
as for power, the gt25R is a 250bhp turbo, dan has said hes not chasing silly figures, and hes aware his gearbox has limited lifespan. i will map the car up to 1bar boost, but the gizzmo will give dan selectable boost memories, so he hasnt got to run it at full boost all the time, even half a bar or 0.75bar will be plenty for him to get used to! these things are fantastic fun with little turbos!! make an awesome road car. also remember people.. this is a STOCK engine apart from ARP rod bolts and a decomp plate
at present the car has my old 2.5" system roughly fitted to the car.. i strapped the car on the dyno tonight. so tomorrow morning we could see some mapping will make sure i get pics etc. its up to dan if he announces his power figures, we have strict confidential rules about announcing customer power figures without permission (unlike some places)
