Default Sound system?

Will be getting a new sound system in the next couple of weeks and want a really good quality one. I've heard Bose is supposed to be the best for sound quality; any one experienced Bose?

Get some NAD BEE series separates, very good quality parts, and thats on a budget, i wouldnt go anything less than them personally.

Cables, again do some research and dont buy shitty argos things, make sure you sepdn a fair wack on the cables and speaker wires etc.

Speakers will depend on your room size and music taste..

If you wanna spend more than say £500-£600 on a decent setup then do some reading and research saxp wont be able to help with that even if you do get one person with a good reccomdation. Would want to learn alot more knowledge than just one person before spending more than £600 on a system.

Bose is shit cheap chinese crap sold at 100 times its real value. They have good salesmen who are experts in psychoacoustics, making you believe it sounds awesome. Unfortunately in a bose shop, there are only bose products so nothing to compare side by side. Otherwise, the psychoacoustic tricks wouldn't work.

As mentioned above, NAD is a good way to go. Also see cambridge audio for good value/money ratio.
