User Profile & for sale section - Saxperience

I think to be able to post in the for sale section you must have entered certain details into your user profile ie address, that is only visible by Simo & partners only not admins or mods.

Entering your address, including a postcode, before selling wouldn't get rid of dodgy sellers but it would make them contactable in extreme circumstances if someone who has been ripped off has gone to solicitors.

Id expect it would make people think twice before ripping someone off too.

Good idea in theory, but how do we verify that the details are indeed correct? ENtering details for free is an easy business...

Verifying it would be a problem.

Is there anyway it could be a confirmed and verifyed with the use of Paypal? But then I guess it just causes more work...

Anyway that a verification code could be sent to the address they use ?
After they recieve it the contact a mod/admin with there code and they check it then allow them to post in the for sale section ?
Or is this to much work ? Just a idea before anyone points out things wrong with this ....

True but that would cost Sax-P in time and money.
