Those saying about fat burners being shit unless you get this, or nothing works, or how do you know, or just listen take this, I don't want to take clen, t3 or whatever based on the potential to fuck me up especially when my family has a bad track record for heart problems and thyroid, coincidentally the worst things you read about for those.
Diet is on track as well so can't change a lot with that. Fasted cardio in the mornings (cycling to work) and weight training 5/6 days a week as well as dieting has seen me good results so far so pretty happy.

Don't ask for advice if you're going to mouth of like a little faggot afterwards and claim your right and everyone else is wrong when you don't have the ability to compare your shitty little fat burners with something of real potency. (as you haven't used them both)
I have used grenades myself and then used the likes of clen,t5's and eca stacks etc. the difference is night and day it really is and having used the 2 i wouldn't spend the £30/£40 on the off the shelf fat burners, i'd spend it on wholesome foods.
Don't get me wrong the likes of grenade etc. will not hinder fat loss but they will make negligible difference in my opinion from my own experience. (I sweated a little more but had more placebo effects than anything).
Based on your families medical history it obviously makes no sense and i wouldn't advise to use the likes of clen, eca etc. risk is not worth it, but this is why you consult your doctor get bloods taken and assess your overall health etc.
Off the shelf 'fat burners' at best in some cases can suppress appetite but normally as more of a placebo effect.
Your results are down to diet and training not your supplementation, the same can even be said for the likes of clen, t5 and eca stacks. IMO there not a required supplement for anyone who is not competing with an already low body fat. You can easily obtain the physique you'd likely desire with just your diet and training.
I know a grenade sponsored athlete funnily enough, I also know he doesn't use their off the shelf products that he's given for free.
Sorry to rant, but fuck me it does my head in when you try and save someone a few quid and they try and shoot you down lol.
