Help me Alpha Matt, you're my only hope
Matt, I'm fat.
You seem to eat sweet meals, turkey & olives and whatnot.
Hook a brother up with some sweet ideas that give me the good fats and that.
My shift work is killing me and I'm lazy.
Rape is the only exercise I get, and that's brief to say the least.

The diet solely depends on you personally and what works for you, as well as your daily activity levels.
Apart from your late night stalking activities and furious masturbation what's your activity level like?
It will allow myself and a few of the other lads to 'constructively' criticise how much of a lazy fat bastard you are or aren't and give advice in terms of diet.
I've recently opted for a ketogenic style diet again as It blunts all my cravings for carbs/sugar after a week or so and I lean up soo fast but i'd say 80% of men especially it just doesn't suit so a diet with carbs present may be more suitable if not.
Personally in terms of fats I'm consuming the below on a daily basis to bring the healthy fats into my diet...
Avocado
Salmon (3-4 times per week, i replace with white fish for the rest of the week)
Olives
Eggs (Opting for goose eggs at the moment)
Nuts (In moderation)
Nut butters (In moderation)
I also cook all my chicken and turkey etc. in coconut oil, olive oil would be a cheaper alternative.
This is my diet at the moment, it's simple and boring but it works for me and makes meal prep easier, just for reference purposes:
Calories: 2910
Protein: 258g (40% of calories)
Carbs: 50g (8% of calories)
Fat: 149g (52% of calories)
Postworkout Shake:
2 x Scoops of Whey
Meal 1:
- 5 Whole Eggs
Meal 2:
- 200g Chicken or Turkey Breast
- 2 handfuls of green veg
- 1/2 an avocado.
Meal 3:
- 200g White fish
- 2 handfuls of green veg
- 70g Cashew Nuts.
Meal 4:
- 200g Chicken or Turkey Breast
- 2 handfuls of green veg
- 1/2 an avocado.
Meal 5:
- 200g Salmon or Mackerel
- 2 handfuls of green veg
Meal 6:
- 5 Whole Eggs or 2 x scoops of whey protein and spoon of peanut butter.
Fluids:
- Water
- Sugar free dilute (robin sons)
- Green Tea
- Coffee (Preferably Black no sugar, if needed used skimmed milk and sweetener)
Snacks:
Sugar Free Jelly (Hartleys)
Raw Green vegetables

My activity level is nil, but my penis is huge, so that's quite a workout!
I'm 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off so it f*cks me up good and proppa hew!
I leave for work at 6am days, home for 7:30/8 ish
Nights I have to sleep pre work, leave at 6pm, home at 7:30am and have to crash for an hour or two, then get up, then crash an hour or two before getting up for the next one.
It's mental!

Just eat shit loads of all bran and drink loads of water and eat plenty of fruit. You'll be good to go in a few weeks.

2900 calories a day matt? You must be a MONSTER!
I eat like 2000, tops!
My diet is pretty much..
3 scrambled eggs
200g chicken, and some veg
salmon or white fish, and veg
Snacks, i just have some chicken, or fruit..
Also do fasted cardio 3/4 times a week, try doing that muzzizizizizizijizm
Wake up on a morning, go to the gym, 30 mins on a big incline walk, or some time on a bike.. That'll help shift some chubs

Matts mentioned already that hes looking at a Keto diet.
Great previous thread of his here: http://www.saxperience.com/forum/sho...highlight=keto
I lost nerly 3 stone following a Keto diet and an on and off exercise regime. Being strict is absolutely key though

Always try and start my cals as high as possible when cutting, leaves scope to bring down the calories when fat loss slows down or I hit a wall etc. Lowest I'll ever go though is about 2000+
If weight loss then stalls at 2000 calories I'll add more and more cardio in.
On this cut for 17 weeks though amd I'm losing fat pretty quickly already, so I'm upping my calories to about 3200 and doing fasted cardio 4 times per week instead of 6. Gives me more scope when I need it further into the cut. Marathon not a sprint and all that.

There's a gym at graft
But in earlies I'd have to leave home at say 4:30/5 really
The M5 isn't exactly quiet until it warms up
Graft is the way like as if I have to shower here I'd wake everyone
