JRSC Milano Premier CTR - 314BHP/210LBFT - Oulton Park March 2013
Well had this a few weeks now, and so far only got a couple of decent pictures of it.. :o
Needed a more practical car that wasnt getting 15mpg, and decent insurance (£400 cheaper than the MR2!)
55 Plate Milano Red Premier Edition CTR
30K FHSH
Recaros as standard aswell as Red carpets
After a full day clay bar/machine polish etc
Plans:
Fast road car with the odd trackday
Comments?

My N1 may be available soon depending on how loud it is once I've fitted a B-pipe...

Lol did update this the other day but somehow my post has vanished... :/
Car now paid off, not bad, less than 2 months pay back 5 grand!
After many hours researching Toda exhausts I've decided they're not worthwhile the £950 price tag as they rattle alot on tick over and maybe too quiet. Spoons are too noisey and again silly money. So decided to spend the money elsewhere, booked in @ ABP Motorsport for this Friday for:
ABP/Eibach 30mm lowering springs
Eibach Camber Bolts
Eibach Rear Camber Arms
FRSU (Fast Road Set-Up)
Also swapped the tyres around so the Potenza and Nankang NS2 are now up front, miles better than the Marshals as they'd spin all through 3rd in the wet...! Even the MR2 could never manage that lol.
Calipers also painted red. Just ordered some wind deflectors so they should be fitted at the end of the week too. Last pics of her in standard form:
PS its not pink I just need to invest in a decent camera that doesnt mind sunshine!
C&C?
Thanks for reading,
Dan

Lol cheers fella, they are pretty sweet, good MPG and is nippy through the bends when VTEC comes into play.
Cleaned it earlier today. Was lowered by ABP on Friday with the FRSU, still understeers when hitting high camber but massive improvement over stock. Slight oversteer at higher speeds which feels weird in a FWD hatchback! I'm sure its lower than 30/35mm though... :/
Two pictures especially for James (my mothers car)
Comments?
Thanks,
Dan

Hes running a RBC inlet, DC Sports 4-2-1 decat mani, Buddyclub Spec3 cat-back, K-100 ecu and Gruppe-M air filter. Also lowered on Spoon springs with Eibach camber bolts and arms with a ABP FRSU.
ABP springs are know to go lower than what is stated, ive seen a few on CTR owners that have dropped more like 45-50mm.

Was hoping to get it booked in at tdi but they were too busy and it needed doing asap as the geometry was all over the place. So just went to the local tyre specialist and gave them the settings that I wanted put on
They were a doddle to fit and im a mechanical novice haha. Only downer was splitting one of the boots on the track rod end. But they were only £12 from ECP so not the end of the world
how you finding yours? Find that mines got better turn in now and feels more planted at the front.
However I need to change my exhaust now as its hitting on everything now its low
Spend some pennies on it and you can gain bit of poke, superchargers ftw

Ah cool, bet its loud though? Whats it like when its not in vtec, boomey? Sounds nice, what colour is it?
Yeah I agree with ya on that drop, looks alot lower than my shop I judged it to be. Still comfy though which is the main thing!

Ah sound then, I just wanted ABP to do it all as they'd have it down to a T. Didnt take long and was impressed with there service.
Im loving mine TBH, big improvement over stock. I get a touch of oversteer at higher speeds but thats driving on the limit, turn in feels real nice now, felt weird before.
LOL stock exhaust is the way forward! I have been looking @ the JRSC's but its alot of coin. Another £4k+ that I wouldnt get back when it comes to sell :/
Wind deflectors arrived today, look quite well. Will get pictures when ive next got the camera
