I miss my EP3 sometimes, they are such good cars.
Cheers Dan Yeah its come on abit since then! Hows the R32, still going ok?

Track is quality, no point tweaking a car if you arent going out on track, no way you realise the true potential of the car on public roads...

Cheers Gav, did see yours at Trax but no one was around otherwise would have said hi

Yeah you dont want be going round without one, which one have you gone for? You did miss out though, was a cracking day!

Robs went very well that day! Went out with him this weekend just gone round Donnington, I need to save for a LSD me thinks!

RARB makes a huge difference, rear end is solid now, get a touch of oversteer with power still applied but feels so much more planted & stable. Probs one of the best mods Ive done so far TBH...

Ah shame, would have been good to meet you. I was on the sax-p stand for a while as I was selling my quaife'd rallye box to chrisvtr.

yer ive done three days before but have never driven 100% in long corners due to oil fears so deffo want the peice of mind
Was going to get a clockwise one through rob at areamotorsport as he was going to do me a deal
Might see if rob does the progress bars too while I am there haha.

Highly recomend a quaife diff. Car still just as driveable day to day unlike the plate one in robs but still puts the power down ten times better and you can really pull yourself out of corners with it

Likewise dude, would like a good look around your car! Yeah Rob does the Progress bars

He's sorting me a lightened flywheel, clutch & a Quaife diff very soon out, oh and a set of the RPF1's... End of the month haha

Then corner weighting & power in the new year, been looking at the Skunk2 inlet manifolds, but for an extra £750ish could have a second hand JRSC... hmmm decisions!

Piper 4-2-1 & Decat now fitted.. (making the most of 13 months MOT)

Off to TDI-North Tuesday for mapping, anything over 215BHP will be sweet. CBA with a bigger inlet for the time being so just sticking to exhaust & filter for the time being..

M Factory LSD on its way from America, then in the new year gearbox rebuild. RPF1's turned out to be the wrong size so they have been returned and await for a new set to turn up.

Will most likely be in the new year before I get them now..

So much for not spending over xmas, but with tuners offering 20% off parts the temptation is too much!

LSD = Win.

RPF1s being the wrong size = Fail. Can't wait to see it on them. My favourite wheels. <3

Thats mine. Milano is the fastest colour. Adds 10 brake.

Lookin at your track pics. Seems to be alot of body roll. Especially into lodge at oulton.
What suspension you running? Im currently lookin into suspension for mine but dont no whether to go abp springs and fast road setup or coilovers.
Also if i was you i wouldnt map it untill you got an rbc for it as its easy power for not much money. intake and exhaust mani with catback and induction will see 230 -240 not 215 with hondata.

I have a gruppe m and this lad has a tegiwa i think. My gruppe m is fine with water and ive basically driven through a hurricane. has a drain hole in the bottom and the filter doesnt really sit in a position where water could get to it anyway. Got mine second hand for the same price as a tegiwa copy and the lad i bought it off said he had never had a problem either

Looks nice fella

Erm not alot of roll really, back tighter now especially the rear end with the 24mm anti roll bar & coilovers - probs because I was giving it beans

ABP springs are much softer than the coilovers and will give more roll..

Yeah got more than 215, quite abit more too lol

Like the guy above says. Its the original AEMs you have to watch..

Back from TDi North, Paul has worked his magic and the car now has;
247.1bhp @ 8225rpm
175.1 lbft @ 5723rpm

No launch control (track days & static db reading tests)
Vtec kicks in at 5k

A very different car to drive and feels an awful lot quicker lower down the revs, so far well worth the money

Lovely CTR Danny! Just what I want mine to be like in the next year or so - minus the track spec stuff as I've already been there and done that so just want a healthy road going car now.

Where on earth did you find the fujitsubo? Quite possibly the hardest exhaust to find along with the J's system haha. Milano Red FTW!

Cheers fella

With the track stuff this car is used comfortably daily, the Meister R's arent too bad on our roads, just have to avoid the huge potholes!

Haha the Fuji was brand new but purchased 2nd hand, the seller got rear ended the day before he was to have it fitted, cost him £1.2K from vtec direct...!

Milano is the way forward though, yours looks good! Needs some lows though

You got a full spec rundown on this dude?

Have you got the curved or straight armed meister R's, as im sure was some issue with them once LSD is fitted
