Ill be deadlifting tonight at broadstone gym, ill be doing 18" deadlift for an hour and a half..

oh right i do that sometimes when my backs hanging out...i just put two plates flat either side just to take a bit out of the lift

Should be putting the plates under your feet to make the bar lower if you want to get stronger

Deadlift form was terrible mate but it was probably because of the weight, squat looked good though, went below parallel by the looks, nice one.

Hmm, think you should have driven through the heels more. Your legs seem to straighten up before the weight is off the ground, and then you seem to pull up with mostly the back. I reckon if you'd have used your legs to start the lift, you'd have got that.

You have to lock out quicker than a strongman lift to guarantee not getting stuck causing you to rench..
For a gym lift that's fine. I'll have 250 clean for nationals so it's all good.
