I get about 2 days from my Blackberry if I don't use it much. Some days I'll use it to listen to music for a while and then I'll probably have to charge it in the evening. It's pretty good tbh. I've heard the battery life on the i-Phone 4 is not so good either.

Desire hd struggles to last the day. But loads of things you can do to help the battery last.

My Samsung Galaxy S lasts about a day. Unplugged it at 100% this morning at 8ish, gone down to 8% right now with only a few texts sent and recived and one load of one internet page, also checked emails.

my iphone 3g can last 2/3 days if necessary, it depends how much i use it.

If you dont really go on the internet much with it you could try turning off bluetooth and 3G on it since that can use up a pretty large amount of juice

Longest my desire HD lasted was 3 days.

tips for battery savin on android: turn screen brightness way down, set battery saver to come on at 30% remaining life (max allowed), wifi off, gps off, bluetooth off etc etc, turn sync off or less frequently for apps e.g. email, ebay etc. And download an app called 'juice defender' it disables all data connections when the screen is turned off saves loads of life, mines not even down at 50% after 12 hours use.
