Question 1.6 16v won't start

Hello Guys,

I'm having a problem. I did a conversion from a 1.3i 8v to a 1.6 16v and I'm using the 16v engine loom with the 1.3i 8v chassi loom. I re done the engine loom plug so it is compatible with the chassi loom and tried to unlock the ECU using the Julie Immo Emulator. I already tried to unlock 20 times using the procedure in the manual but no luck. The pump gets no power. The ECU gets power on the right pins and the relay too. The pin 7 on ECU is not giving 0v so the relay doesn't trigger... Any one had the same issue?

Best Regards.

I'm unfamiliar with the method you used,is that where you take out the immobilizer with ignition on and the correct transponder? or is it different as you don't have one of these? Is the key light flashing?

I dont have a immo inside the car so I had only to options:
Write a clock file into the 28F512 and do the procedure of removing the immo(that doesn't work with my ECU)
Use immo emulator that you need to solder to some pins inside the ecu and do the hole procedure (this method should work)

I dont have any key light and the MIL light stays on as if it had immo off(unlocked).
