Haven't posted on this forum for a while, but I've been on a massive cut for the last few months and lost about 3 stone since last posting on here, and would like to maybe lose up to another stone before the summer, still completely natural just focusing on training hard and getting my diet right

Cheers mate even though I was strong I was over 19 stone and had about 27% body fat so the first couple of stone if I'm being honest was pretty easy to lose, it's trying to keep the muscle and strength whilst losing fat which is the hard bit lol
And you shouldn't of lost too much in 6 weeks mate a couple of weeks back on it and you'll be back to normal in no time

Cheers mate, and I'd say on average my lifts have dropped 7-8% in weight so yeah a little bit, not sure if I've actually lost strength though, or whether that's caused by a low calorie and carbohydrate diet
And yeah the steaks and full English's won't of helped lol, will be a nice shock for your system when your back in the gym though

My training's going well too, lost just over 2 and a half stone since start of October as I'm trying to cut.
Just got word the other day from the specialist that I'm now on the waiting list for gyno surgery which is another bonus - been trying to get it for the last four years

Depends what you see as natural really, by your response I'm guessing you see natural as taking absolutely no supplements at all? It's just personally I've always seen it as your natural if you don't take any drugs
