Thought that would be the issue lol. Yea mine is hopless as well ar far as reaching stuff in the car and to get in/out of but visibility is good where it doesnt have the head supports. Love it though, sooo supportive and i like how you sit 'in' the seat rather than on it.

Passengers don't need anything fancy. (although my passenger seat is more expensive, and i waited 6 months for it) but don't worry about what i did

Bought it Iwlaurence for 50 quid. Not sure where he had it done though. Streamline carbon have started flocking (youv'e probably already seen) but that looks very good quality, may be worth a look!

Dont these lose charge easily? Looks good though, and a good balanced weight saving.

They discharge easily if you leave anything on. And discharge if you leave them for a while. So if you are going on holiday you put it on a conditioner charger that keeps it topped

I see I see, havnt really heard or looking into them much to be honest. I knew they lose charge more easily than a normal everyday car battery though. Cheers.

Looks very well done. Re locating my battery to the boot is on the to do list, need to order the fiberglass box to mount it in.

Looks good Adam, mine never loses charge. Bought mine, didnt put it in the car for months then it started first time. Always leave mine for months and months and it always fires up, just isolate the battery. But I have poly windows so i can lean in and switch it on/off lol.

Thanks colin. I isolate it whenever i get out the car anyway. Bit of a pain if you forget as you open everything with central locking, then turn it off and have to go round the car locking each door lol.

grrhhhhhhhh!!!
Some bellend decided to drive into the back of my car today. Parked up opposite my house, in a cul de sac bear in mind. I don't think he had a license as the van was parked up about 20 metres away when i parked. He must have pulled off and just gone straight into my car. He said the brakes didn't work. His dad slapped him in the back of the head for that one lol. Luckily it is just bumper damage and no shell damage was done.

I hate people like that i had this discussion with my mate the other day he was like what would you do if you brakes failed, pull the handbrake, What if that failed, go through gears to first, what if your gears fail turn sharply left to right to slow the car down
I dont like people that use that excuse he clearly wasent looking where he was going..

But it wasn't that, it was the fact that the van was parked like 20 meters away when he pulled off. He must have not known how to steer. The rest of the road was clear, just my car tot the left next to the trees
