Default led dials

Hey guys,

i see alot of guides but most of them have outdated links for the images. I have a question regarding my dials. i want to replace them with Leds.

i bought 100 white 1210 and 100 red 1210. is that correct?

i also saw a guide about taking out the dashboard but i cant get it work. i dont have a Torx50.

Also i have a question regarding the light that lights up the midle console heather part. what size is that?

Okay so to remove the dash you don't need to remove the steering wheel. So, you need a deep 13mm socket. under the column take out the 3 bolts which hold the column on. This will lower the wheel enough to get the cover off the column.

You can them remove the instrument cluster as normal.

Because I never used to have a T50 bit to remove the steering wheel bolt!

Thanks man!

My friend picked up a T50 torx bit because i had to work and the shop was already closed when i was free. so we took of the wheel and not much later we got the dash out. what i found out is that many bulbs probebly dont work and some are not even fitted. like the seatbelt light and some more. can i fill them all?

i found out that these are T5 leds.

will order some white ones like these ones, Do they produce lots more light than regular?
