If you notice, wassy has his refund because he has not been acting like an immature child like you. Perhaps if you took a leaf out of his book you would have had your refund sooner

On a second note with regards to the transaction with rich112, paypal have gone in my favour and they have restored the money back to me. So everyone who has been mouthing off at me needs to get the facts together first without making assumptions that im a scammer.

By the sounds you are being immature. You will refund one person because they haven't kicked up a fuss but hold out to pay someone else? Doing that to be irritating to OP and wind him up a little more. That is immature.

Ive read just about most of the thread, regardless of the 'facts' a month or so for a refund as an unhappy buyer is ridiculous. If you sell something you should be able to refund it and not have to wait all this time.

Also all these comments wouldn't of happened if you didn't fuck people about on the forum with selling goods not fit or insufficiently packed.

Simple then. Sort the problem.. and regardless of the facts that you have, the info that has been given is sufficient for a refund.

Actually he put a claim in through paypal as soon as he received the bonnet without contacting me to resolve the issue first if you read on the second page, so NO i couldn't have given him a refund as paypal where reviewing the case thankyou

I would like to add that delboy claimed he tried resolving the issue with me before he put a claim in through paypal but if you look on page 2, at 20:35 delboy says " opened dispute in paypal". It wasn't until 20:46 on the next comment that i first replied to the matter.

You can issue full refunds when a dispute is in place. As I believe you also have other contact methods as well as saxp.

Your not helping your case on here. If you sorted the problem easily without being so awkward about it you wouldn't have looked to bad but you've kind of fucked up your selling rep on here with a itrader of -2...
