Looks to me like .06 comes with the small plastic 'cap' for the outside bearing, I think this is used to fit it (that bearing goes in about 14mm to the arm) whereas the .07 does not come with this.

Both kits have all the bearings and seals required though. I used .07 and it fitted fine to my VTS axle, though I had to use a socket / old bearing to tap the new inner side one into the correct depth.

That's the only differences I can see- the plastic bearing insertion 'tool'
