Car(s): Looking for a 205...
|
If you don't mind be asking, how much (roughly) was the de-aerial or did you not get a break down on the exterior work?
Has it had a metal plate welded in and then smoothed out and sparayed or was it just fillered/fibreglassed?
James

I didn't really mind too much being without thecar dude, it was just the odd weekend where I was stuck in Guildford and kept missing out on social things that started to cheese me off. The main reason was my girlfriend got a job in Margate was is a bastard to get to by train so I thought 'bugger it - get the car back'.

Jim, I didn't get a break down on it dude, basically I paid £500 for the deaerial, delock, degrille, debadge and the morrettes respraying... so I guess you're looking at around £100-£200 I suppose!
It has a metal plate bonded on the back and then filled dude!
well... I took the car to manicmotors on wednesday and it's come back even better than before - the PRO S engine oil seems to be fantastic. Chris and his dad even through in a BMC panel filter for me for nowt! really I can't rate them highly enough.
I love my car again
