Whats The Big Deal About Fallout 3?
ok, i knew i was getting this for christmas, and to be honest, i couldn't wait, after all the reviews i've heard and people everywhere saying its one of the greatest games ever made, honestly...i was quite dissapointed. Its not a bad game thats for sure, i think the whole, freeroam anywhere you like is great and you can take different missions without having to settle for 1 mission at a time is good too, but i must admit i was quite dissapointed about this game. Anyone feel the same?

i wouldn't say its shit, but IMO its not as good as all the reviews etc have made it out to be

All depends on what types of games you like.
I got it for Xmas (well Boxing Day if you count that Gamestation gave my missus the empty shelf case back to walk away with, just being the case i got for Xmas!!)
Have played it a little bit, got to go to the Radio station Galaxy News Radio, finding it a bit of a bitch to survive with all the misfits running about gunning me down all the time.
IMO could be a little better, actually use the console(s) power but other than that i think its alright, not played on it much, been glued to NFS: Undercover and World at War!

Went out and bought it a bit back after the hype, played it for a few days, maybe a week most, then got bored of it and not been on it since. Meh, well overhyped.

Ive been playing it for a month and tbh i think its awesome, i suppose it depends on what you expect from a game.
Ive also just started gears of war 2 and it is seriously awesome.

Agree with badasssaxo mate I'm afraid, got it on the 13th and have enjoyed playing it when I've found time there's no game like it on the market and that's what I like about it. Not your traditional RPG neither. But then again since I've got gears2 for xmas I've been playing that

I was gonna buy this but ill just borrow it from a mate from what you lot are saying. Got a 360 for xmas, completed GoW one on xmas day in a few hours and Ive nearly done GoW2. Dont last long these 360 games, Im not even a serious gamer either

Ye thats where im at at the moment, the radio galaxy thingy. Died though on tht big baddy dude, and cudnt be arsed after that so turned it off. I did play it xmas day though and was tired after my big xmas dinner, so maybe ill give it another go soon when im.....awake lol

I also got it and was expecting it to be a lot worse than i think it is. I really like it, I've been playing loads. Its very different from the games i normally play.

It's very similar, if you like bioshock I would expect you to like fallout.
