How often does the spark plugs needs changing? - Saxperience

Hey all

How often does the spark plugs needs changing, also does the make of it affects the performance? I've been searching around and there's the bosch ones which has better acceleration or something,
What is the best one i could get?

I just change them everytime i service the car so maybe once or twice a year.....

i just use standard NGK ones, not sure about better acceleration from them however
