Default Gaming PC Peripherals

Hiya Chaps and Lass's.

Time has come for upgrading my Gaming PC's Graphics card.
I have around £600-700 to spend.
What do you PC boffins recommend? I'm upgrading from a Nvidia 660 GTX which plays most games like Battlefield 4 at High/Ultra but looking for something abit more future proof with the amount of new PC games due out within the year etc.
Also looking for 16GB of Ram but don't really know whats the best to get.

And last but not least,
I'm quite a hamfisted chap and I would like a new Gaming Mouse but was wandering if anyone knew of any larger mouse's for fellows like myself with big hands?

Any help from you folk would be wonderful and I look forward to your replies

If your card runs BF4 on Ultra, is there any need to spend money now ?

That's like saying my car can beat a Bugatti Veyron, but I want to future proof it.................. Save your money.
