Get as much done this week (in the evenings) and this weekend as you can... That will leave you the bits and bobs left to finish off next week

That's the plan although I might be off to a gig tonight now. A mate dropped out so free tickets plus a lift = win! I'll get something done before I go though just so that I know so progress has been made! Hehehe

Well, another weekend of hard work over and were a few steps closer to completion! Things don't look as though they have changed much as no big bits really were done as they are already done.
The wishbones have been fitted ready to have the rear mounts lined up and pushed on properly,
All the hoses are connected to the engine,
All the electrics were checked,
The driveshafts were fitted after repairing the drivers side shaft,
The struts are on,
The front brake lines and callipers are all fitted,
The strut top plates have been modified so that everything sits correctly,
The wings are fitted and sat correctly,
The windscreen wipers and valance plastics are all on,
Oil is in the engine,
The rear brake lines are run in and just need holes drilling to get through to the rear flexi and the bias valve needs fitting,
Sounds good doesn't it... well, the main news is... We got it fired up and it ran!! We had no back box on so it was rather loud so it didn't get run for long but it's a major milestone non-the-less!!
So, still to do is;
Fit bias valve,
Connect rear brake lines,
Bleed in brakes,
Fit wheels,
Set rear wishbone bushes,
Fit back box,
Fit cage,
Fit seat,
Fit steering wheel.
Should only be a few hours total work if all goes well!
Anyway, enough waffling from me, here's the bits you all want to see, the pictures!!
(Sorry, I was so excited about starting the car, I forgot to film it!!)

Yes Sam, wings are properly fitted now.
JP, I know, I still can't relax though, I need to get the next two evening solid on the car to make sure everything is done then hopefully a test drive either Tuesday or Wednesday night should weed out any niggles to be fixed over the rest of the week.
Still panicing! Something is bound to go wrong or break lol.

Normally something wouldnt be perfect, so expect that, get it done asap and fix up the niggles towards the end of the week

That's the loose plan dude.
Having a bit of a round up of parts today, had a stop in at demon tweeks, Nic has been to Euro car parts and Sam is going to come and lend a hand this evening too... If we get motoring we might have it all ready to go by dark...Or tomorrow... Feeling way more confident now!
