Going to finalise the plans to collect it this weekend. Hopefully next weekend I can get the engine and the car in the same place and some magic can happen.

Just been informed that the engine is being fitted. They have found a few things that are of a small concern but hopefully these are just something of nothing and will be sorted out. I'm just waiting for a call to let me know if it's running or not now.

Dont really want to say on here just yet in case they are real issues and I have to talk to the previous owner. Fingers crossed it will all be fine though.

Can't wait to get the car back and get out for a drive in it!

Yeah Jay, will do mate. Sam and I were thinking about doing the Barkston Heath day soon with Javelin. It's a little sprint course so should be good for a laugh and a good place to try different things out with pretty quick showing results.

Soon as we can though a day at oulton should be booked.

Yeah, just a bit! I've just got rid of all the junk too so its even more vacant now.

Would be nice to get it back next weekend but I think it will be a few more weekends away yet.

Got a fee new bits ready for her, a few bits to tidy up and another rolling road session to check things are running as they should be.

Just got to sit and wait. :-/

Mate bought it from the auctions £310 lol just gutting it at the moment and would like some numbers before we start on the engine, the VR6 is ment to make 174bhp when new but have the years been kind to it only time will tell ?
