Thumbs up 306 GTI Front brakes on my sax

I've just upgraded from standard vtr disks n pads on my saxo vtr that's progressively getting on route to being a track car.

The difference is unbelievable. Just the lightest of presses on the pedal and you stop dead. There the best upgrade I think I've done to my car so far.

I've not taken my car on track with this setup yet but I can't wait to.

For less than £200 its a must have upgrade.

All credit though must got to Stew (sexy_gt / planetsaxx™®©)

He is the man!

hey man

they are 283mm standard disks with ferodo pads, just some basic pads nothing fancy.

They are ace

They dont fit on 14" wheels and i have got 15" Team dynamic monza wheels and they fit, but only just.
The clip / pin things that hold the pad in place when your putting the caliper on had to be removed because it was fouling my wheel and my wheel weights just catched on the caliper but the wheel would still move round just clipping them.
So after a few miles the weights wore down a little and now arnt catching.

15" wheels is a must but if you want big brakes its the way to go and youll be able to fit fatter tyres on 15" than 14" wheels

there a good upgrade-ive ran them
but they weigh so much when compared to 266mm

they do fit under vts wheels for future purposes by the way!
