As regards to the box a 96 spec (jdm dc2) box has a different/lower final drive to a 98 spec (jdm teg) box
The box which belongs to the b16b is still a very good box, and all are like you said quite strong as long as they have been maintained properly and not treated poorly.

That said, i'd go for something different. 180 looked stunning, but i don't think it should be recreated if you get what i mean?
Though aren't you going for more of a standard looking exterior? (apart from Carbon). Think i read that somewhere but may be wrong.

Orange and black only looks good on one saxo IMO.
This will be pretty oe to look at bar a few little tweaks to the bodywork.

If you do paint the carbon you could maybe leave some exposed... Like a stripe all along one side of the top of the car. Or has that already been mentioned? Hope you know what i mean!
