i have an crx del sol vti , b16a2 ,its a powerfull engine, better than TU5J4( i had one cammed) , i cant imagine a b16b...but if i were you , buy an b18a or b18b from a integra ls,only the engine block and put it the B18b head on it put also the pistons and the valvetrain ,some nice cams, arp head studs, arp rod bolts, all this with the ls cranckshaft, you will see some 200-210 bhp to the wheels , yes to the wheels, with the double of torque than b16b.
very very nice proyect,i wish i were in your place hehehe.
