Default Juice amp - Protection light

My brothers got a juice amp running 2 xplod 12" subs in his car. all fine and dandy yes, but this weekend he went away and took the amp+subs out. however, came back to wiring it up and the amp does nothing, just a permanent red light (protection mode)

tried moving the wires about, plugging it all back in, checked fuses, nothing working, still doing the same. the confusing thing is, it all worked before

can't get model numbers btw, sorry!

Try checking all the connections and wiring. Look for frayed wires, corrosion on terminal and earthing point. Is everything connected how it should be?

Check fuse on the amp and check in the Inline fuse on your power cable.. are the fuses matched for the amp your running?
