Default Mounting amp to wheel arch

Am thinking of mounting my amp to the wheel arch on a piece of mdf.

Stuck for ideas on how to mount the mdf as I don't really want to drill into the bodywork, any ideas?

It's either this or I'll go a head with false floor

No real harm in drilling into the arch. But if you really don't want to, just bond the MDF panel with a fuck load of mastik to the arch and let it set overnight.
