not in this car as i currently havnt got a sub in it.. the doors are deadend though, but my other saxo was

costs around £80 for enough to do doors and boot, well worth it, not only does it stop road noise / rattles / pannel resonance. the bass responce is a HELL of a lot better

didnt realise how much it helps, thougt it was well overpriced lol

How does the proofing fit into the doors then? jst stick it behind cards? and where in the boot?

shun the 6x9's and just get up rated speakers are better. jbl amp would be the best

pretty much, you just peel off the backing and stick it down

doors: behind where the speaker goes (on the outer layer, closes to the road [obv on the inside of the door lol]) and anywhere around the speaker where the metal vibrates

boot, stuff the hollow bits in the boot lid with loft insulation, then cover with deadening, and also deaden the boot floor and again, any other metal parts rattling, then if you want, for looks, carpet over y0

Think il invest. Or just rip my sound system out completely so i can hear my throttle bodies growlin, which is a better noise than any uprated speaker lol.

Well untill i get some money for new comps the 6x9s are staying.. al update you when i have new comps and like ya said al unplug the 6x9s and see the difference.. it opinion based with me.. if i like it then nothing no one can say

as most people wud say
